This Agency, formerly located at the IAEA in Vienna International Center and closed since August 2025, served as the central non-profit body for expat housing for all international organizations.

Maison Augarten is a beautifully renovated 19th-century Viennese residential building, situated in a quiet residential area. Our focus is on one single, special building – not an anonymous platform.

All 9 apartments have been completely renovated and furnished to high standards. Each apartment features modern amenities, high-speed internet, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna.

The central location in the 2nd district offers excellent connections to all international organizations (e.g., IAEA, UNIDO, OPEC, World Bank, and more).
